1. Legal Minimum Age

You confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older, the legal minimum age to purchase alcoholic beverages in South Africa on any online or physical platform.

• You will not attempt to purchase alcohol on behalf of a person under the age of 18.
  (South African law prohibits selling or supplying liquor to anyone under 18.)

2. Age Verification

By completing this order you agree that:

• We may require age verification prior to delivery.

• Delivery personnel may ask for valid government-issued identification (ID, passport, driver’s licence) to confirm age.

• If you fail or refuse to provide proof of age at delivery, your order may be refused, returned, or cancelled without refund.
  This is to comply with age verification provisions of the National Liquor Act and to protect against sales to minors.

3. Responsible Delivery & Receipt

Liquor will only be handed over if:

• A person aged 18 or older is present at the delivery address; and

• Valid identification is produced if reasonably requested.
  If nobody at the delivery address can prove they are over 18, the delivery may be declined and returned at your cost.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You acknowledge that:

• It is unlawful to sell, supply, or deliver liquor to a minor (under 18).

• You will not provide false ID or otherwise attempt to circumvent age restrictions.
  Selling alcohol to minors is an offence under South African law and carries penalties.

5. Compliance with Law

We operate within the requirements of the National Liquor Act 59 of 2003 and applicable provincial liquor licensing regulations.
Failure to comply with age and delivery requirements may result in the cancellation of your order and/or further legal action.
