It's been a long time coming. Dan from Obento hosts eight seats only for a dinner with Boekenhoutskloof. Four Wagyu cuts are each paired with a vertical flight of Syrah that traces the journey to today's celebrated Porseleinberg Syrah. That's four courses and four wines, each chosen for its plate.
