Big news, flavour crew. We are handing over the keys to our bar for one night only to one of the absolute heavyweights of the South African wine scene.

Rianie Strydom, the mastermind and Head Winemaker behind the iconic Cavalli Estate, is moving in behind the counter. She’s bringing her world-class Helderberg range straight to Open Bottle, and yes, she’ll be the one pouring your glasses.

Rianie believes that wine shouldn't be pretentious or intimidating, it’s meant to be enjoyed by everyone. We couldn't agree more, which is why we're combining her highly acclaimed, elegantly structured wines with our laid-back, flavour-forward atmosphere.
