Everyone has an opinion on which is "better". Italy, with centuries of pedigree behind every bottle, or South Africa, the region everyone agrees is underrated but nobody can quite explain why. Tonight, we settle it the only honest way: blind.
We wrap the bottles. Raz pours you flights side by side: one Italian, one South African, same grape variety, and you guess which is which. No labels, no price tags, no country of origin to lean on. Just your palate, doing the actual work.
